1. Incurable diseases – There are a lot of diseases that exist that can not be cured. Cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, AIDS, Diabetes. Different types of technology can be created to combat these diseases. Especially at the atomic level (Nanotechnology)

2. Pollution – There is an abundant amount of pollution on our planet and it is causing negative reactions. In order to reduce the amount of pollution people could use recyclability. People could start recycling their waste to be reused or used as another material. Air pollution can be combated by using Hybrid cars and by burning alternative fuels.

3. Global Warming – The abundance of pollution and with emitting certain gasses into the atmosphere, which has lead to the concept of global warming, is a serious issue. The temperature of the planet is increasing. We need to clean up the waste and create alternative fuels to burn that do not emit harmful gasses in the air, have strict emission standards, and create more alternative energy sources

4. Poverty – There are a lot of people around the world that live in extremely poor conditions. People are going hungry and can not afford medicine to treat their diseases. There needs to be better financial support programs and people need to give and help out.

5. Unemployment – Thousands of employees are being laid off every day and a big reason more that is machines taking over peoples jobs in order to mass produce. The machines that take over are generally cheaper and can work faster than employees. This could be combated by educating workers to help them produce more products at a faster pace, and to educate people to be able to have a job in more than one field.

6. Education – Many people of the world are uneducated in certain areas that could really help them succeed in our society. Education needs to be available to everybody and equal opportunities need to be given to people willing to learn. There needs to be better ways of getting education to people.

7. Habitat Destruction – Thousands of trees are being cut down to be burned as a fuel source for heat and to be used to build houses. Other materials need to be created, out of recycled materials, to be used as an alternative. Alternative sources of fuel could be made to burn for heat (pellet stoves).

8. Depletion of natural resources – We are using up the worlds natural resources faster that it can produce them, if they can be produced. Creating alternative fuel sources can be invented order to stop using most of the world’s natural resources.

9. Obesity – A lot of people are lazy and often eat unhealthily. People need to be educated to know ways to exercise and eat healthier. When people become obese they also become very unhealthy and years are being taken off of their lives.

10.  Transportation – There are too many cars on the roads today and the gas emitted into the air from the exhaust is hurting the atmosphere. Hybrid cars can be used which helps in preventing exhaust from cars hurting the atmosphere. Other hybrid vehicles could be made in order to continue helping. Electric vehicles could also be used more often.
